Circurlar Mesh Bags

Made of PP.  high tensile strength and abrasion-resistant. Perfect for potatoes, cassava, sweet potatoes and garlic. They withstand repeated loading, stacking and long-distance road transport without splitting, widely used for bulk wholesale shipments.

Quick reference: Choose Raschel for onions & citrus; choose Leno for potatoes and heavy root crops.

2. Popular Colors

Brazilian distributors follow fixed color rules for different products. Solid single color is mainstream; complicated multi-color designs are rarely requested.

• Red: Onions, red potatoes (classic bestseller in wholesale channels)
• Yellow / Orange: Yellow onions, oranges and citrus fruits (large demand in citrus growing regions)
• Purple: Garlic (signature color for garlic packing in Brazil)
• Green: Potatoes and other root vegetables
• White: Premium fruits and organic produce for supermarket retail

Most clients only need a narrow printed band in the middle for logo and product info. Full overprinting raises costs and is not popular in wholesale markets.

3. Common Sizes & Specifications

25kg bulk packing is the biggest volume, followed by 10kg and 15kg retail packs for supermarkets.

• 25kg: 50×80cm, 52×85cm, 52×90cm (standard for potatoes and onions)
• 10–15kg: 35×60cm, 40×70cm (for oranges and retail sales)
• Gram weight: 32g, 35g, 40g, 45g regular. 45–55g thick version for long-distance inland transport; 30–32g light version for price-sensitive orders.

Closure: Drawstring bags are the absolute mainstream. Easy to tie after filling, high efficiency for loading and stacking. A small number of big warehouses buy plain bags for manual tying.
